Outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (electronic current and voltage transformer).
This product is mainly applicable to 10kV distribution network lines and rural power grid renovation projects. It meets the latest technical specifications of the State Grid Corporation of China. The sampling protection current and voltage transformers adopt electronic transformers, which are the replacement products of the original electromagnetic transformers. It features high sampling accuracy and maintenance-free operation. The electronic current transformers eliminate the safety hazards of secondary open circuits, and the electronic voltage transformers eliminate the safety hazards of secondary short circuits. Furthermore, all electronic transformers are independently developed by our company, with the accuracy of the electronic current transformers reaching 0.5S class and the electronic voltage transformers reaching 0.5 class. The control unit also has metering, measurement, and protection functions.
Performance Characteristics
1. Integrated casting of column-type insulation and vacuum interrupter, resulting in high insulation performance, excellent breaking capacity, and long service life.
2. Equipped with a bistable permanent magnet mechanism, reducing the number of components, eliminating maintenance, and ensuring high reliability.
3. Utilizes electronic current and voltage transformers to measure three-phase current and voltage, as well as zero-sequence current and voltage, and to sample protection signals, simplifying the system structure and reducing error sources.
4. Eliminates the hazards to equipment and personnel caused by short circuits in the secondary circuits of voltage transformers or open circuits in the secondary circuits of current transformers, significantly improving safety and reliability.
5. Integrated with the intelligent control unit, providing real-time data monitoring, metering, and protection functions. It automatically detects and diagnoses faults and actively isolates them, while also providing functions such as single-phase grounding, reclosing, and line loss calculation.
6. Employs military-grade aviation connectors for connection to the main unit and control unit, with standardized interfaces for easy maintenance and management.
7. Meets the requirements of the State Grid’s technical specifications for the integration of primary and secondary circuits in distribution network equipment.
